At age 28 don't take the whole tablet, cut it in half or smaller. All a normal < 40 year-old male needs to do is to smell a tablet (I exaggerate only slightly) and it will be effective. Chewing them up rather than swallowing them whole speeds up the efficacy period, or so I'm to understand.....

It allows those of us who might otherwise overindulge in any way that might compromise our effectiveness to have a lead pipe cinch when it is needed.

That doesn't sound very scientific, but I have no experience. I do know that I don't need adderal, but it certainly did something for me when I took it.

Agree. Half a pill is more than strong enough.

I have a "friend" that took one to try and impress a girl and said his vision got all blurry and he felt funny. Like maybe the side effects weren't worth the boost.
