If you think the Saints need CB help (which I do as well) then don't blame it on one of the defensive players who has actually shown up to play.
It isn't his job to put pressure on the QB, to guard the other WRs on the field, and make all the tackles in the box.
All 3 of Romo's TDs came on heavy blitzes and 2 came on all out blitzes (including the one to Dez against Lewis) because the front 7 can't stop the run and the front 3 or 4 can't get to the QB.
The real need on this team is a stout LB to help stop the run. Like Galette said after the game, "There's no four-man pass rush if you can't stop the run. They're going to run play-actions on you, and you have to respect the play-actions."

2nd CB will be nice but the lack of athleticism at LB is really hurting us more than anything
