I would call ebay and ask them to cancel the transaction due to suspicion of fraud. plus never ship a phone to the outside US b/c you will get screwed over money wise and you'll be out a phone.

Relist it and sell it to US states only. It'll sell.


A old co worker of mine sold a phone to someone in England. Once the phone got out of US customs his tracking number became obsolete. The person in England said that he never received the phone and started a claim.....paypal ruled the claim in the England guys favor and refunded him the money.....my co-worker got screwed over money and a phone.

I've heard stories of phones getting bought on eBay, raided for working parts, returned with broken screens or internals and its left to the seller to somehow prove he didn't ship a defective phone. I wouldn't trust eBay, they will side with the buyer. In person sales only or selling to reputable companies (Amazon, gazelle, etc) for me.
