If AJ was going to start Les would have said so last night.

Wrong. Les said last night that he wouldn't tell the "paper" anything before he told his team. Great approach IMO.

the last time we saw a QB have that bad of a start, he was benched for the entire remainder of the year (Jarrett Lee Alabam 2011)

Even if true (it's not), it's horrible. All too many fans seem to think the price of a ticket gives them the freedom to do, say & act however they wish regardless of how disrespectful or demeaning it might be. The booing was directed at many and included AJ personally. The players were astonished and some, including BH, were embarassed for their teammates. Just my old outdated opinion but I still believe there's plenty of time to criticize after the game. How would you feel if it was your kid on the receiving end - tough to play your heart out listening to a chorus of your own "fans" booing regardless, of who it's directed at specifically. This isn't the pros & the telepathic message doesn't always come through.

Miles and his staff have an 11 million dollar a year payroll.

Get off it.

Oh I see, it all makes sense now. How dare college kids be upset, their coaches are well paid and are fair game. Thanks for the life lesson.

Sounds about right for Miles. We might get behind by 14 to 21 after pounding the ball up the middle for the 1st half then maybe he puts Harris in after the 2nd series in the 3ed quarter.
I could easily see another Miss State type of game plan.

After 1/9, nothing surprises, let alone shocks, me any longer with Miles. He may do the same game plan as Miss State. He might actually believe it is the way to beat AU.

Literally zero reason do say who starts ahead of time. Why say now, this question gives you a tiny edge in competition. Let them prepare for both.

Eta: if we don't stop the run, or at least slow it down, we have no chance anyway.

Because it's an excuse and a poor one ...

Let me ask this were the fans cheering Harris when he came in , or were they cheering the staff .....
