This!

I hope the fans were booing the staff and not the players. On the Rant, however, there's no end of criticism of individual players.

I think they were booing CLM. He is the one responsible for Jennings being in there. How can you boo a player?

I think a personal note to AJ saying that you weren't booing him you were just booing Miles' decision to play him because you think AJ sucks would do wonders for the young man.

I know they were booing Les. Maybe some of the players knew it too, but there's no way that it didn't make them feel like shite anyway.

That was 100% directed at the staff.

why don't people get this. baffling.

It's obvious that the players don't see it that way. But keep booing when a certain player makes a bad play or comes on to the field and think that the player realizes that you aren't booing him but the coach's decision to play that player.

If Harris doesn't start Les hasn't learned anything! Our team responds different to Harris than Jennings! now I know it's an sec away game against a top 5 team, but what AJ has shown us no more than Brandon has. If anything our offense is in a groove please let's not take them out of it!

I think AJ starts but on a VERY short leash. Clearly BH is the man but we will need AJ at some point and Miles knows this.

f history is any teacher, what do y'all really think will happen? CLM is stubborn especially when it comes to QB.

This. For some reason only known to him- Les will start AJ. Pressing for BH to start will only make it worse. I'll be very surprised if BH starts.

I asked Les after the game as he was getting into his Escalade if we would see some more spread next week.

"Maybe" he said.

What does it mean?!?

I bet if Harris does get to start he wouldn't have a chance to fumble, throw. 2 picks and then have 4 more chances until pulled . Look how many chances Hilliard had , 1 fumble benched

Against auburn? Of course not.

Are you trying to imply that the practice game we had last night should have had the same game plan as what we are going to be playing this coming Saturday?

true freshman starting his first two games on the road vs a number 5 Auburn and at the Swamp. Yeah that's probably nothing to worry about.

as opposed to what? jennings starting his first real road game?

yeah - as opposed to that. Jennings is a full year older and has been under Cam that entire time. harris is obviously the better QB but i can see cam and les taking the "starter pressure" off of Harris and bringing him in after a planned # of series. Harris is the future for sure but he still might not start.

He's a year older with an extra year with the coaches and had experience starting games including a bowl game.

Why do you people continue to act like whoever starts the game is going to be the one to finish it.

And nobody is saying that Jennings should start, just that there are reasons to start him.

AJ came to LSU to compete. The fans paid their money and came to the stadium to be entertained.
AJ lost the competition. If watching this team with AJ at Quarterback was entertaining, why are we paying Miles millions of dollars a year? We got that kind of performance with Hallman and Dinardo.
