Homemade Deer/Hog Burger

Three kids eat a load of ground beef. Im gonna try to put some deer and hog meat to more practical use this year.

Home grinder suggestions?

Type of fat mix ratios?

50% deer/ 50% Pork is normal

I like to do 70% deer/ 30% Pork and mix in Deep South green onions mix(Rouses).

We mix with wild hog 50/50. I would have to get the seasoning that we use, but that stuff comes out damn good

For burgers I do 80-85% venison to 15-20% brisket (beef).

you need the fat
I've also ground in straight pork fat and smoked pork sausage to good results
