I always edge concrete, weedeat, trim with push mower, etc. before the final cut with riding mower. Makes a better looking finished product - all the trimmings from the concrete, fencing and trees gets chopped twice.

I do. That way I can go over the longer clippings with the mower and mulch that up.

Always weed eat before mowing, less to mow
