3 year old programs are few & far between in NO. It's frustrating, and as a result many are difficult to get into or have waiting lists.
fun fact - Ursuline also lets boys into their 3/4 year old program! So does Sacred Heart. We checked out Ursuline; I liked it and they have a nice new building. But my wife didn't like it because they had too many computers and such, and she didn't think that was appropriate for a 3 yo. I nodded & agreed.
