My dad has a M1 Garand. It's badass.
Friend of mine almost pulled the trigger on a Thompson but he said the $19,000 the seller wanted was too steep.
Speaking of the BAR, they are almost impossible to find today. What in the hell happened to all of them after the Korean War? It's like they just disappeared. There should be thousands of them out there.

GCA in 1986. Also, it's Browning Automatic Rifle. You can find semi-auto clones though.

The M1 Garand is one awesome unique rifle. I have fired a few of them and each outing was a blast.
