KWKH has a pretty interesting history.

(I had poated that Carlin and Wolfman Jack were DJs at KWKH but they were not. Carlin was at KJOE and Wolfman JACK was at KCIJ in Shreveport)

Its founder, William Kennon Henderson, Jr., a native of Bastrop, Louisiana, often sparred with the Federal Radio Commission over his profanity-laced rants against chain stores and the United States government.
