not bashing apple or anyone in particular but technologies like BT, WiFi, phone radios and GPS should be rock solid in any upgrade.
no excuse to break a core technology you've been using that is a backoffice tech.
now if apple was having some NFC issues, they'd get a pass because this is their first iteration and it probably won't be perfect in v1.0 but bluetooth has been around long enough it should just work. same with wifi.
i'm not just bitching about apple. google breaks shite like this too with upgrades.

I usually wait to upgrade the OS because they always have issues, but this one seems to be a little rougher than I recall the previous ones being.

No argument there. Absolutely nothing wrong with calling a spade a spade. I'm not sure how exactly a software update can get released that renders one of the radios inoperable.
