Does it occur to anyone that the team does not "execute" because it is not very talented? That seems like the best explanation to me.

Not very talented? I don't think anyone thinks that. We have tons more talent than Moo State, Baylor, Wisconsin, etc, etc. Only teams that should boast an equal talent would be the like of Bama, FSU, maybe Ole Miss. Youth might be a problem but talent is not.

if the coaching staff brought in non-talented players, who does that fall on?
