I agree. He says execution. Execution!? We have a veteran line, Spring practice, Fall practice, 3 games into the season and he says the problem is execution! By admitting execution is the problem after all this time is admitting coaching incompetence and negligence.

I used to think this Katy... but now I believe he is only doing what he is capable of doing. I think that Les is a great guy but things need to be simple for him. I honestly dont think he would be capable of doing anything else other than what he knows. For those that would argue that I am wrong and he could incorporate changes and execute as well as anybody; my response is that he is not stubborn but poor at problem solving.

Les has never shown me any reason to believe otherwise. What you see is what you get. FTR... I usually dont like what I see.
