Really?!?!

If you want to make a change in the blocking scheme, does it make more sense to make that change when your inexperienced skill players are not going to take you to a championship or when you have experienced skill players who are likely to take you to a championship?

For me, if I'm going to make a change in the blocking scheme, I'm going to do it in a year when the rest of my team is unlikely to go very far anyway.
