DL is has been hit hard by early departures. Highly recruited kids are there, but somehow are not developing. I think we are a bit small at DE and LB to go up against Bama, Ark, Aub, and Wisc. We're good for the spread teams, but not against the power teams.

On the OL, why in the hell would Les bring in a guy who he knew would change the blocking scheme? Everyone in the world should have known the QBs, WRs, and DL would take 4-5 games to get up to speed. There was absolutely NO reason to insert more change into the equation. Net result of the change dramatically affected the one strength that we were supposed to be able to depend on. Bonehead move IMO.

Since Les got here the lines have gone from dominating to very good, then from very good to good, now they are bouncing around from good to sub par.

I mean, this simply isn't true.

Our DL play from 2010-2012 was the best it had been since 2003.

Last year was a major step back because of the early defections of so many of those great DL playersto the NFL, and this year appears to be even more so at this point.

But to pretend this has been a slowly developing trend since 2005 is simply absurd.

The OL as well had by far it's best year in 2011 after by far its worst year in 2009. Every team on that historically difficult schedule was literally pounded into submission by that line other than Alabama on 1/9, which is the only game I'm sure you consider relevant from that year, which just so happened to be the greatest season in LSU history since 1958 fwiw.

Why are you so dishonest??

But Saban built dominating lines here and at Bama.

Oh. Gotcha. You're one of those tender hearted fellows that isn't over your heartbreak from Christmas Eve 04
