My guess is it has to do with the blue alien (Kree?) DNA, and that would mean she has it as well but only a trace. This could them mean Skye is a true Kree?/Human hybrid.

I dunno man. I've been suspicious of her for a while now. She has said quite a few things that could be taken multiple ways.
