If it bends after just a few days then yes, it is news and yes it is a design flaw. Only an idiot would deny this.

I don't hate on Apple on here and I see this as a definite design flaw if after 1 week of use the phone is conforming to the pocket shape.

And I'm not an Apple fanboy. Even the 5/5s bent in peoples pockets. You can find the blogs/forums that claim that. But now its a bigger, thinner phone. And people are surprised that it happens more when people try to sit with these things?

And there are reports out there of samsung screens cracking from pressure (since the plastic is more flexible) in a pocket. It just seems like a non-story to me since 1) this is how metal works and 2) we're talking about idiots who keep their 6" phone in a tight pocket while sitting. If it's enough pressure to bend it, that's a really tight squeeze.
