I think as long as you make it clear to her you aren't getting back together, you should be good. Just don't lead her on. If you're honest with her then any heartbreak she has when you finally call it off is her own fault.
But she's probably trying to get you to fall for her again so she can be the one to break it off. Chicks hate "losing" in these situations.
