FYI - Miles isnt limiting Cam Cameron, they're joined at the hip.

Yahoo Sports article right after CC's firing from the Ravens:

quote:

At times, Cameron seemed to be living in a long-gone time when receiver distribution and location (to use a favorite phrase of our friend Greg Cosell) wasn't as important as it is now. In 2011, the Ravens ranked 30th in offensive formations of three receivers, setting up that way just 28 percent of the time. Cameron's insistence on sending his receivers on isolation routes, essentially forcing his players to beat coverage without the advantages provided by formation diversity, gave the Ravens' offense a handicap

Sound Familiar?

When we hired Cameron, I wasn't happy. I thought he was awful in Baltimore. Then, we improved and I thought to myself, "Wow. He was a great hire after all."

Now, I don't know what to think. I don't know if we can really blame him, though. It all starts up front, and our O-line sucks arse.

I still doubt Cameron would want to run the ball 4 straight times inside the 2 yard line.

Baltimore fans were upset with Cameron because they thought he abandoned the run too often. They wanted to feed Ray Rice.
