Phil Hecken... the uniwatch guy... tweeted a NBA team would unveil an alternate uniform tomorrow though he couldn't reveal which team it is. We've been waiting for ours... so maybe tomorrow is the day
I would post the tweet but I'm on my phone during my lunch break at work

Not really. .. only about 5 or 6 teams are unveiling new alternates... and the Hornets 1 is already out

Wasn't there some addidas brochure or some such shite detailing all the new jerseys coming this season? I saw it a month or so ago. Pelicans were on it for an alternate.

During last year's uniform unveiling... the team said an alternate is coming both this and next offseason... look it up... it was in every news story about the Pelicans uniforms

That's normally the rule but they can make exceptions. Charlotte is getting a third right out the gate. We are getting an alternate this off-season and a Mardi Gras alternate next off-season.

It's gotta be red or a new mardi gras uni. as has been said, gold just doesn't work for jerseys.
