I saw it on Friday. It was alright. Pretty much a straight forward detective story. It is set in the 90's, so kind of a period piece. I can't really recommend it for a theater movie, but I enjoyed it. There just wasn't anything else really out right now.

Kind of hard to compare the two. Taken was a more original story line and has a ton more action. A walk is more emotional and suspenseful. Other than the same leading actor, they really aren't similar. I'd say Taken is a better movie though..

I might go check it out, I heard it was dark too?

I like those detective stories.

Not a ringing endorsement since there wasn't much creativity in Taken. Just a straightforward rescue movie.
