Could so many experienced evaluators of HS football talent have been wrong about him? Maybe he didn't deserve a 5* rating. Maybe he was just a man among boys and now that he's at the next level, his true abilities have been revealed. After 4 games, he does not appear to have the vision, initial burst or even the power that would've justified giving him a 5* rating.

My biggest disappointment? And I admit this may be based on my unrealistic expectations.
He runs a 4.3 forty. That's speed an NFL wide receiver would envy.
I figured he could cut it up to the outside and take the corner like a greyhound, and with his size along with his speed, be a menace.
He looks very ordinary on sweeps and is many times run down from behind.
Tentatively looking for holes? Maybe.
For LF, forty-time does not translate into on-field speed?
That's what I'm afraid of.
Yes, Cecil Collins jumped right in and looked like a man among boys in the SEC. I guess I expected the same from Leonard. And that's my fault, not his.
But overall grade so far? C+.
I hope he continues to develop, but he's going to need more carries.

No hips and not fast in pads. I would make LF watch tape of #27 at bama, Fowler I think, now that's a big guy running pissed off!
