I say throw $7.5 million at EITHER Harbaugh - both are going to have nightmare seasons with all the off the field stuff, etc.
Jim might be willing to jump seeing as now Kaep is making $20MM a year, their division is brutal as hell, and they've probably peaked.
Michigan would be a cakewalk of a job compared to the 49ers in that division with that bad QB eating up 1/8th of the entire salary cap.
