Plastic wedges are money.

I don't even bother sharpening chains for my little saw. I just buy a new one. At $13 I have a hard time making myself sharpen it.

I never can get those low kickback chains sharp like they need to be anyway. I can sharpen the piss out of a normal RS, but those green box things are too cheap for me to bother fighting it. I can never get them close to as sharp as they are new. A dull low kick chain is a horrible thing

I/we've always used that RM stuff along with the RS, half skip for bars bigger than 28", and full skip for 36" and bigger. Used those Rollomatic ES bars on everything. Seems to be the best combo of durability and speed that I have used.

Oregon chains are okay, but I think their bars are too soft and have to be cleaned up more often and the oilers need to be turned up more so they don't get hot
