Ok. So far everyone who's died had a reason for dying that can be at least explained. Mr Eko dying...why?
The writers claim that the actors were not fired but I choose not to believe them or Echo who claims he wanted off the show.
It was very odd for both Anna and Libby to die at the same time so I truly believe they were offed for the DUIs. I don't buy that it was planned for both of them to die at that point.
Certainly possible but at minimum I believe the DUIs sped up their departure time.
I think they wanted to keep Echo but it is hard to fire 2 people for something then keep the 3rd for the same thing. If he wanted more money after the DUI then it was an easier choice for them.

I feel pretty sure Ana Lucia was planned to die, but Libby was a DUI for sure. Eko though was despised as a person, and hated being on set.
