I loved it the first time I watched it. Not so much on the second watch. The first couple seasons are great though.

True. And I may be reaching, but I feel like saying shite like "Wait until this particular episode" is getting a little specific.
Doesn't matter anyway, as BB didn't seem to care on the next (this) page. Just sort of stood out to me when I first saw WT's comment. No harm, I guess.

Damon and Carlton were bragging on how awesome that season finale was going to be all year, so I don't think he knows anymore than we did before watching the finale.

The actor was a controlling dick, got island fever, and wanted more money, so he quit the show, and much of the cast was glad to be rid of him from what I hear. I know Locke's actor particularly despised him.

The writers claim that the actors were not fired but I choose not to believe them or Echo who claims he wanted off the show.
It was very odd for both Anna and Libby to die at the same time so I truly believe they were offed for the DUIs. I don't buy that it was planned for both of them to die at that point.
Certainly possible but at minimum I believe the DUIs sped up their departure time.
I think they wanted to keep Echo but it is hard to fire 2 people for something then keep the 3rd for the same thing. If he wanted more money after the DUI then it was an easier choice for them.

I feel pretty sure Ana Lucia was planned to die, but Libby was a DUI for sure. Eko though was despised as a person, and hated being on set.

All of which sucks because he was so awesome on the show.
