If there were instances of people's names already being crossed off when they went to vote, there would be chaos in this country. My guess is that it's very rare for someone to try this crap over here.

Wouldn't there be a complaint when a person showed up and their name was already crossed off? Surely there be news report of this? If a liberal's name was crossed off MSNBC would be all over it and if a conservative's name was crossed off FOX News would be all over it.
