Now should he be so pissed that he moves to a different product. That is a different question.
I have no problem with him being irate and once he settles down and remembers to drink the apple kool aid....he will be back in the warm embrace of the cult.

That's always possible. I'm really having a hard time seeing that happening though. I still feel like the 6+ is the best phone for me right now, but as a matter of principle, I try very hard not to reward poor service with dollars and this launch experience has been shitastic from start to finish.
I've always thought Apple was the absolute best when it came to the customer experience and service. I couldn't even say that with a straight face right now.
