I thought maybe if he were being suspicious on the plane, but I would think the police would grab him at that point instead of another TSA once-over.

Depends on the case.


There was a Spirit Airlines flight recently where an individual removed from the No Fly List somehow managed to board the plane despite his boarding pass having the code written on it for the highest level of TSA scrutiny.

He somehow made it onto the plane without being screened, which the TSA claimed was due to a shift change and not their guys being lazy incompetent frickers.

The only thing I can possibly imagine would be an airport employee in MSP gave him something post TSA security to transport to Denver and it was caught on camera.

That seems very far fetched though.
