They manage the Toyota Center on behalf of the Harris County Sports Authority. The Rockets felt that they were leaving money on the table by tying up the building on weekends that the Aeros were playing and wanted more concerts, etc. When the lease was up, Rockets wanted the Aeros to pay $5 million a year for rent, Wild said see ya.
