Yeah, well it's the same problem in Europe as in the Middle East and Asia and everywhere else. Just not to the same degree. The Swedes or Irish or Spaniards feel they've all been there for 1000's of years, it's their homeland. The level of daily racism, cultural-ism, xenophobia or whatever is far greater than America. Really, the only truly multi-ethnic countries in the world that have a semblance of racial harmony are the United States and Brazil.

Its a extremely vocal minority of the right in countries like Spain and Italy that act like this.

The UK for the most part has racial harmony but Americans don't think it does bc Brits of all races are blunt and not PC. Its just part of the culture here.

People from outside the U.S., who follow our news and who are familiar with our history, would laugh at the idea that the U.S. is a great example of racial harmony. I don't know much about Brazil other than the fact they lagged behind the U.S. by 20 years when it came to abolishing slavery.
