I don't know how much more I can take of us running into a brick wall that is a stacked box. What was our yards per carry in the first half against UW? It couldn't have been much more than 1.0. We have to make them respect the pass even a little bit before we're gonna be able to march down the field driving it down people's throats.

Some of you dummies never seem to learn that Miles is going to take as few risks as he thinks he can get away with. He knows that turnovers are a lot worse than punts. All of these spread-them-out teams usually end up blowing their seasons by having some multi-turnover games. When Miles thinks we need it, he will open up the offense, but only to the extent that our personnel is capable.

In six weeks TAMU supporters are probably going to be saying, "Why can't Sumlin establish the running game like Les?" I work in Houston, and I can tell you that they have an inferiority complex vis-à-vis Les Miles and LSU.
