re: Did I just get a free truck?

Seems like something similar happened to me one time when I bought my first car. Dealership called and said the financing company wouldn't approve the length of my loan. Asked me to come in and re-sign some papers. As best as I could gather at the time (being a naive young simpleton), the monthly payment didn't seem to change, so I went ahead and signed the papers. Wound up paying the car off in full early anyway.
