These are my best guesses based on my understanding of how things work now:
Water - BR water company, no difference;
Sewage - under parish-wide Dept. of public Works (I think), would not expect any change;
Road repair - same parish-wide DPW;
Police - they cover inside BR city limits only, St.George or no St. George. Your new house will most likely be under Sheriff's dept (parish);
Fire - BRFD covers city limits only, you'd be under St.George fire dept.
Library and BREC are also parish-wide entities, so they should not be affected by St. George/no St. George.
