How will being incorporated into a new city effect my services (water, sewage, road repair, police, fire, etc) as well as my property taxes? Taxes for this property are very manageable, I would like to see it stay that way

water- no change, private water company
sewer- no change, no change same sewer plan and same user fees
police - sheriff patrols the non incorporated areas of the city for the most part and that would continue in SG
fire no change
road repair- Green Light Plan would stay the same and the intention is to continue having DPW do the road repairs but that is one area I would like to know more
property taxes- currently lower in the unincorporated areas and that would stay that way unless down the line voters elect to change them.
