Basically what folks see her as. She will get votes in Lexington and Louisville…she will not get any in Northern, Western, and Eastern Kentucky. She is viewed as anti-coal and a Obama lap dog.

I don't know Kentucky politics, but I presumed that she was viewed more as Jerry Lundergan's girl than Obama's lapdog. That's usually how it works with scions (eg. W, Mitt Romney, Rand Paul, Mary Landrieu, JFK, etc.) before they make a name for themselves.
