What realistically do you see being done at this point?

Do you think Robinson gets the axe? Will they try to find a second CB via trade or perhaps give one of the promising rookies the chance?

Personally i think it is possible Robinson gets cut. I also hope they find another option for the starting corner spot across from Lewis, White is better playing the nickel role.

I also think we will see a bit more blitzing to help create pressure until the D line proves it can get back to last season's form.

Keenan to play better. Our safeties to live up to their expectations. Our defensive line to put some god damn mother fricking pressure on the qb (galette too) and Corey White to maybe see more PT as a 2CB.

If the defensive front can get pressure, this all goes away and PRob keeps his job.

Mark my words, though. I doubt PRob gets taken off the roster. He's going to be there because we have no depth. If the Saints can sign a veteran CB or get someone in there who can add depth and play opposite Lewis, then maybe PRob's playing time will decrease.

Wish I knew what the D-line needs to get its arse in gear.
Maybe some home cooking I don't know.
Prob has the body and speed of a CB but the brain of the waterboy it seems.
Seems to late to add a CB that could be meaningful at this point unless they think Champ would add depth.
The tackling was much improved which was nice to see.
I would like to see some changes to the LB's. Outside of Lofton do we have other starters? I can't tell on game day.
Good news is we gave up less yards and points from week one bad news it was against the browns.

The lack of defensive pressure is my main concern, and the sad thing is I don't understand what changed from last year to this year.

Hell, in the preseason there was a thread about Watt getting 100 mil and what that might mean for Cam Jordan. Now he's not even looking like he's worth half of that.

honestly what ticked me off the most yesterday with Robinson was when he jumped offsides on that FG.

dude for CLE doinked it off the post too. But no, they get new life b/c of PRob's mistake.

when the Saints did blitz, nobody got the QB. I'm not talking about knocking him down after he throws it either. No, if they are going to blitz they need to get there quicker and force a bad pass or get the sack.

I think they might have forced a few bad passes yesterday but I can't be sure. Hoyer is not the greatest passer to begin with which makes what he did with the game on the line even more maddening.

like last year, we lose a game on the last drive to Tom Brady. Okay, future hall of famer. I can live with that.

then the D falls late to the Panthers and Cam Newton throws a TD to rally them. Okay, they have my attention now.

then yesterday CLE starts a drive from their own 6 yard line to drive down for a FG and win it. And Look, if that ball wasn't under thrown some, Hawkins would have strolled in for a TD.

even with Morestead's nice punt that pinned them back deep, it just didn't make a difference.
