I hate playing teams in their home opener. We will get right next Sunday in the friendly confines. I'm still predicting 12-4. We will be ok. Trust me. I'm awesome.

I hate to keep posting this, but it's relevant:

Since 1990 only 23 out of 198 teams that started 0-2 have made the playoffs. That's 11.6%.

This isn't a "sky is falling" post. It's statistical fact. The saints have a LONG way to go to be that 24th team in the above statistic.

All that aside, even 12-4 may not be good enough for home field, and if we don't get home field, it's a wrap.
