get one of those $300 50" hisense or $400 55" hisense LEDs and be done with it.
mine is incredibly lightweight and takes maybe 5 minutes total to unscrew the stand, bring it downstairs & plug in on the deck.
with chromecast attached to the tv i haven't even needed to run HDMI out from my DISH (even though its available).
i just bring it in after the game is over.
