That's why mine is getting replaced at 100k. It's $1200 but 1/8 the price of a repair. It's too late to start adding centine but I will with the new one.

Well if you do delete it, you could start adding some oil to your fuel to help the fuel pump out.

Eta: for those who are curious, the issue is definitely ULSD not having much lubricity to it combined with the pumps putting out around 30000 psi. Companies are struggling to design pumps that can make the pressure and last without costing a million bucks.

There are 2 fuel pumps on that truck. One on the frame near the filter and one in the engine.

For that price you must be replacing the low pressure pump not the high?
