6.7s are starting to have big problems from what I have been hearing. It isn't worth it unless you have a spare $20k sitting around for an engine swap when yours does blow up

My buddy just had to bring his in for over $8k of work under warranty.

Ford paid for it fortunately.

Such as? I spoke to my BIL who owns a speed shop and a 6.7 yesterday. He says he would buy one again in a heartbeat. He has regular street tuners but is too busy to write off road tunes right now.

Nobody on Powerstroke forums has heard of these problems either. Not on a widespread level at least.


To the last poster, Cummins and Powerstroke are two different engines and that's definitely not what I want.
