He needs to learn that he is not bigger and faster than the opponent like he was in high school and find the hole rather than try to run over someone. Once this happens, he will live up to the hype.

... He IS bigger and faster than the opponent to some degree... And he does look for holes.. Which is why he looks slow. Do you even watch the games?

Thought the difference the last two weeks is very clear. He is putting his foot in the ground and going forward even on the toss sweeps that he had trouble with before. He is carrying tacklers and outrunning people and very limited carries. He would not be averaging 6-7 yards a carry the last two games, if he wasn't doing those things. He has made the most of his carries so far, and when he does get the ball 20 times, we will see a great performance.
