People will say we kept it vanilla on purpose but I hear that dumb shite every year. Next game they'll say we're waiting to open it up for Alabama. Just stupid. We tried a few plays and didn't execute then tucked it in. YES we needed the reps a d YES it was a waste of 4 quarters offensively. However our defense does looks outstanding. The defensive tackles are improving each week which was our only weak spot. I like this team but honestly I see our game plan last night as just what we'll see this year as a whole.

I sure as hell hope not, because we're gonna have big problems with SEC defenses. I understand that we're young offensively, but the power I is a dinosaur in the world of today's college football. We are much more effective when we run out of the spread formation. When we only have one WR, our opponents know what's coming, and our QB has only one pass option because God knows Les doesn't believe in using the TE as an offensive weapon.

Oh, so that explains how the Tigers went from same old predictable vanilla offense against TCU and the rent a wins to having 1000 yard WRs and a QB go in the draft. Vanilla all the time. Nothing changed at all last year in SEC play. Right. Great analysis. Thanks.
