How can you worry about a QB when we ran 1 WR power I sets all night long? If you people didn't notice we didn't open the book at all tonight.

Something bothers me about how we approach these cupcake games from the offensive side of the ball. Running the ball is obviously the cornerstone of any LM coached team. This is especially true with our offense this year with young QB play. We know we will run the ball. We know we can run the ball.

Seems to me in these games it would be more to our long term benefit to open it up and throw the ball more to allow the receivers (other than Dural) and QB to get comfortable in live game action. That way when we start SEC play it wouldn't be such a trial by fire. We should try to build familiarity in our passing game when we play cupcakes. Jennings was 11-18 for 139 yards. Harris was 1-2 for 14 yards.

Always happy with a win. Always looking for improvement.
