By and large? Yes.

I worked with a woman this Summer who self-identified as Far Left. She was a huge phony. She was a vegan, and was always talking about how horrible it is that people slaughter animals for food.

I actually admired her at first, because I'll respect anybody who feels strongly about something. But then, I started noticing how she treated other people. She had a tendency to treat most other people like crap. I even asked her one time if she basically likes animals more than people, and she said it wasn't even close with her. She actually told me that cows have more integrity than people.

That's loony.
