No, you don't. Just because everyone else is being stupid doesn't mean you have to be as well.
You know I would start Locker over many of the qbs on rosters likely this week. If you lose a Manning or a Brees, your season is pretty crippled regardless.
For the bye week, you could pick up a locker.
I would cut him and pick up Mckinnon.

It's not necessarily a backup issue. I have Brady and Cutler and currently have no idea if one, neither, or both are going to be worth a damn. I'd rather hold onto both of them for the time being until that sorts itself out, and picking up a lottery ticket isn't worth it to me.
