Is there something wrong with this? When I was a kid my grandparents would make me go out back and pick the switch I was going to get whooped with. If I didn't pick out a good switch, I would really get it.

Yes. There is something wrong with this. We live in a society of really dumb people. Drug attics, bible freaks, mentally unstable - kids have rights as well. Not getting beaten and as a society understanding that some parents don't know best.... Seems pretty simple to comprehend.

I loved all the nimrods posting shite like this on my facebook feed when this story came out.
I know they feel pretty stupid now and I wish I had the nerve to call out a few of the ones I'm really friends with for being such a dumbass.
