There's a chunk of the problem. And the previous state government had enough cash on hand to buy maybe a pickup. So if Kansans want to go back to that, they are welcome to it. It's a miserable shithole of a state filled with horrible people anyway.

call me crazy but driving through on the way to Omaha there we're some spots where my buddy and I pulled over just to get out and look cause it was so pretty
