On 9/4 Taylor suddenly drops out of the race. Orman starts surging in the polls and now has a real shot of winning.
More Democrat manipulation. One would hope Kansans would see thru the engineering. Unfortunately it is the same state that produced Sibelius.

Only applies to the bad incumbents.

This Federal Judge's opinion dated Monday won't help Orman once it gets legs:

This ABC News story out of Kansas City helps explain it.

Sure Kansas is going to vote in someone that would help Obama keep the Senate.
It is as if you don't follow politics.

Care to discuss the gov race? I guess that is another thing to laugh at.

This wouldn't be close if Sam Brownback hadn't instituted a purely conservative economic agenda and pissed off even moderate Republicans in the Jayhawk state.

Looks like a bellwether for the GOP's chances. Obama may have an easier time passing through some legislation in his last two years after this fall's election. The young demographics of the country is working against the GOP.

I've heard a lot of support for Orman in western Kansas, which is shocking to me. There is enough time for ads to run constantly and make Orman be the second coming of Obama so I doubt Roberts loses.

The real race is for Governor, where Kansas has elected plenty of Democrats. People are not happy with Brownback.

That's because Brownback is a true believer who goes all in on conservative ideology instead of trying some of it and making comprises with moderates of both parties-- he's the conservative equivalent of electing Kucinich Governor of Ohio.

Yeah, the Republicans have pretty much doomed themselves to irrelevance for the next decade at least. Until they jettison the religitard social rhetoric they won't be making any inroads. Young Americans especially are tired of the Bible thumping nonsense we have gotten from this party over the last 35-40 years.
