I'm torn. If 25% of what we see/hear about ISIS is accurate, they need to be wiped off of the face of the Earth.
Having said that, I don't think we can do it in this day and age. Our enemies have learned to exploit our aversion to collateral damage. They will not make themselves available as targets for large scale bombings. We won't be able to effectively destroy them from the air. We are not going to put a large ground force in and even if we did, same thing.

I see your point about ISIS, but even the shias are now are starting to do similar things to the Sunnis in Iraq.
I watched frontline last nigh. It was about Nigeria and Boko haram, the savageness of book haram but also the nigerian government torture and beheadings of mostly muslims civilians suspected of being book haram, thousands of them.
